Credentials

Format: 4 groups of 4 lowercase letters, separated by hyphens. Generated at appleid.apple.com — never your regular Apple ID password.

How to get an app password

  1. Open appleid.apple.com and sign in
  2. Under Sign-In and Security, click App-Specific Passwords
  3. Click the + button, label it HailoCRM
  4. Confirm with your Apple ID password if asked
  5. Apple shows you a one-time 16-character password — copy it
  6. Paste it into the field on the left and hit Test & connect

Requires 2FA enabled on your Apple ID. Apple supports up to 25 app-specific passwords — you can revoke this one anytime from the same page.
