Open Hailo

The Hailo footage engine — engine.py, ai_classify, selects, ceremony detection, speech films, long-form sync, everything you've built over the past months — lives at ~/Hailo-Plugin/hailo-app/ and runs on http://localhost:3849.

It looks like it's not running right now. Choose one:

If Hailo isn't running yet, double-click ~/Hailo-Plugin/start.command in Finder — that's Hailo's original launcher, completely untouched. Then come back and click Check again.

Your work is safe — every file at ~/Hailo-Plugin/hailo-app/ is untouched.
